20.01.2022 Tonight about 7pm an individual rocked up to the centre and parked in the loading zone, turned his car off and went to get food. We didnt say anything for a good 5 minutes as we thought he was picking up his food and leaving, that wasnt the case. One of our workers approached him to ask him nicely to move his car as thats where our delivery drivers park to pick up and leave, and he was blocking them, one of our drivers moved their car for him to move to the carpark which i...s about 3 metres away, but instead of moving his car, he moved forward to block our drivers even further and came out fired up and made a scene, after confronting him again he finally moved it to the carpark after swearing a few times - he came out of his car and went back to get food, took a photo of the shop front and got back into his car, one of our workers went and took a photo of his car and then he tried running them over. We dont usually do this nor like making a scene by sharing these experiences on social media, but this wasnt the first time this individual parked in a loading zone blocking our drivers from doing their job. We saw this review coming and any of our customers would know how ridiculous it is.. and p.s. none of our workers smoke, so we know this review isnt a real one, we respect our customers feedback regardless of whether its positive or negative, we are always looking for ways to improve our food, customer service and our shop.
