23.01.2022 Today the Tiger Sharks Little League team travelled to Moora to play a round robin carnival against our CMCFL opponents. It was the first, and only hit out, for the 2020 season, after it was called off due to Covid 19. It was great to see our kids back out there playing the game we’ve all dearly missed. In good news our Tiger Sharks dominated their 4 matches and were undefeated on the day, kicking an incredible 44 goals , in the shortened 2 x 15 min games. Goal kickers... on the day Koby LeCras 14 Kingston Lord 5 Heath Hausler 5 Toby McLaren 5 Campbell Creyk 4 Linken Davies 3 Sonny Lord 3 Max Knowles 2 Josh Heinke. 1 Cruz Murat 1 Jack Steele. 1 Fletcher Pascoe 1 Thanks to Coach, Brent LeCras, who also has been taking the kids for training on Wednesday afternoons, Stella Mackay for her work and all the parents for a great day. We’ve all missed our Tiger Sharks Footy, but no more than our youngsters.

15.01.2022 30 YEARS AGO PREMIERS 1990 - Eneabba Sports Ground. Coastal Football Association President , the late Roy Bell presenting the 1990 premiership to Tiger Sharks captain Rick Strauss and playing coach Peter LeCras. 14.01.2022 30 YEARS AGO MEMORIES OF A BYGONE ERA It maybe a lifetime ago, but it feels like yesterday that the Tiger Sharks loaded up the bus, and travelled to the Eneabba Sports Ground to contest the 1990 Coastal Football Association Premiership. The win against arch enemies, Jurien Bay, capped off an undefeated season and rounded off the club’s first dominant era, the club having won 3 flags in 4 years. The footy in the C.F.A was of good quality, it was tough and uncompromising ..., the passion of supporters for their club and town was at its peak. Unfortunately technology at the time has robbed us of many pictures of these great moments, but the memories of the people involved are held and remembered forever. Special thanks to captain Rick Strauss for these memories, photos taken by his father, the late Ray Strauss. To make sure these memories are never forgotten, we’re rounding up the 1990 premiership players, for a reunion, at the Swan River Rowing Club on Saturday October 31st for our Black and Gold Day. They’ll join members of the 2000 and 2010 premiership teams to celebrate our successes of years gone by. It’s a day for the Black and Gold Faithful, not to be missed. See more
