19.01.2022 Providing Post Care Instructions is vital every after treatment/service. As a nurse with hospital experience, it just comes natural for me to educate my patients pre and post treatments. This practice has been passed on to my @ceskinaesthetics team aka #TeamCE . Exercise, sauna, extreme heat and alcohol intake causes blood vessels on the skin to enlarge. Like lying down post treatment, these activities may lead to product migration to adjacent muscles, meaning the medicatio...n may be distributed over a wider area than planned we don’t want that! 01.01.2022 Now that more people are wearing face masks, thought we’d share this post again to remind you all how to avoid contamination when wearing a mask Remember that masks alone cannot protect your from COVID-19 and it is only an additional precautionary measure. Please maintain at least 1.5 metre distance from others and wash your hands frequently. If you have the mildest flu-like symptoms, get tested for COVID-19 then stay home and isolate yourself from others, even from your l...oved ones. Stay safe, stay wonderful, Chelle and Team CE HOW TO WEAR A MASK: DO’S: Wash your hands before touching the mask Inspect the mask for tears or holes Ensure the colour-side faces outwards Find the top side, where the metal piece or stiff edge is then place it over your nose Cover your mouth, nose, and chin Adjust the mask to your face without leaving gaps on the sides, pinch on top of the nose and pull under your chin Remove the mask from behind the ears or head Keep the mask away from you and surfaces while removing it Discard the mask immediately after use, preferably into a closed bin Wash you hands after discarding the mask DONT’S: Do not use a ripped or damp mask Do not wear the mask only over the mouth, please cover your nose too Do not wear a loose mask DO NOT TOUCH THE FRONT OF THE MASK Do not hang the mask on one ear only Do not temporarily remove the mask to rest it under your chin to expose your mouth to talk to someone, eat, drink, or smoke and re-use the same mask again Remove the mask from behind the ears or head Do not leave your used mask within the reach of others Do not re-use a disposable mask Source: World Health Organisation Masks are still available in our online store for businesses and general public.
