It is considered one of national dishes of #bosnia , #croatia and #serbia . Are also very coming in #montenegro , #macedonia , #kosovo and #albania Although other varieties of evapi are made in individual pieces, banjaluki evapi differ from all others because they are prepared as a meat tile typically consisting of four evapi connected in a row. After they have been grilled, banjaluki evapi are traditionally tucked into a round-shaped bread called somun (lepina), that WE make fresh daily and the dish is accompanied by lots of raw onions and kajmak ( home made cream cheese).
