That would be the first step.

Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) is defined as a preoccupation with a perceived defect in ones appearance. Given the disorder often does not respond to standard treatment approaches, this workshop will focus on pathways around the often delusional nature of BDD and how to engage clients in unlearning their shame and fear responses.
