22.01.2022 Starting on a full rebuild of a Haines Hunter 146. Gutted and flipped for a full re-gelcoat. Had a few repairs before we could get spraying.

21.01.2022 Here's an early Christmas present for a couple of our clients. Their Haines Signature has just been in for a transom replacement and raising. Using laminated Thermo-Lite Board to get the desired thickness, we also raised the transom 75mm to better accommodate the outboard. The old transom has had its day with the engine bolts nearly pulling completely through. Now the owners have piece of mind knowing the Thermo-Lite is never going to rot! #thesmartalternativetoply

21.01.2022 Love seeing the unique directions composites takes us. We did some moulds for Precast concrete a while back. They needed us to produce moulds for shapes that would have been otherwise to costly for steel forms. The end result is stunning.

Glen has the Australian and New Zealand rights to this design and employed us to take care of the moulds and parts production. The body panels are full composite and there is a range of standard colours to choose from. This allows the total weight to be kept low with the whole car weighing in at 500kg giving an awesome power to weight ratio. Glen takes care of the chassis design and provides a comprehensive kit to his customers which allows the GTZ to comply with ADR and be fully road registerable. The GTZ looks great! Perfect for the amature racer or someone looking to build an awesome weekend toy.

03.01.2022 Here we have a couple custom seat box eskies for a half cabin cruise craft. The owner was searching for some more usable storage as well as a better way to keep his beverages and fish cool. We have used 50mm esky foam with Thermolite board inserts for the seat bases, hinges and latch points. The Thermolite gives us a confident fastening point while maintaining a full wood free and rot free esky. The eskies got laminated inside and out and finished with a bright white flow coat. To install them in the boat we removed the old pedestal seats and prepared the deck then Glued and glassed.
