22.01.2022 With the current situation as it is, I am selling off the last of the stock we have sitting around at cost price (stock is therefore limited). 12 Week Fitness Programs full of workouts that can be done at home with minimal equipment needed. Also includes a recipe index at the back with heaps of quick and easy healthy recipes - Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, Snacks & Juice Smoothies. The books are hard copy, laminated, splash and sweat proof spiral bound.... Use them to stay active, fit and healthy during this time especially if you're stuck at home or not able to access a gym. Workouts include descriptions and photos of each movement so they're easy to follow. Beginner program can be done with very little equipment (resistance bands and a set of light dumbbells or similar) but the intermediate does require some (barbells, bench, dumbbells etc.) so isn't suitable if you don't have access to those. The beginner program is still suitable for people with intermediate level fitness, the "beginner" applies only to the complexity of the workouts. Programs also include full stretch sessions, mindset sections and progress checkpoints. Contactless pick up, I’ll leave them at the front door for pick up and you in turn leave the money.

20.01.2022 Hi guys Plenty of messages coming through regarding this so I thought I’d provide an update. Under the new government regulations we are still permitted to do PT sessions and also the small outdoor fitness sessions as long as we adhere to the social distancing requirements which we will. ... Plans going forward are a bit uncertain at the moment understandably. I will continue PT sessions this week and will review the situation at the weekend. Sooner or later though (most likely sooner as we feel we all have a responsibility to do our part in preventing the spread) we will have to call it and temporarily stop all sessions until this CV situation is resolved, for the safety of everyone including my family, my clients, their families and the greater public. When this does happen I’m happy to provide personalised home workouts to all of my PT clients at no cost. I’ll also be able to lend out limited equipment too where needed. Over the last 2 weeks I have implemented extra measures to minimise risk and will add in some extra as well going forward, full list below. 1. All clients are to use hand sanitiser prior to starting their session and at the end. 2. All equipment used or touched is disinfected after each session. 3. No sharing of equipment in park sessions and safe distancing between people. 4. No more boxing or pad work for now. 5. Adhering to safe social distancing guidelines at all times. 6. If you show or feel any symptoms what so ever, please cancel your session and don’t turn up. Please also remember to wash your training gear and shower as soon as you can after training. Anyone who personally wants to stop training, please do so. I’m happy to cancel sessions we have booked if this is the case, I want everyone to feel comfortable in their decision so there is no pressure at all to continue training until we decide to stop. Tough times for everyone but staying fit and active is in your best interest whether it’s training with me or training at home. Keep moving, keep positive, stay healthy and hydrated and most of all stay safe. More updates to follow as things progress. Thanks Peter

06.01.2022 I’m not sure what kind of a PT it makes you when your clients gift you presents like this but they clearly know me well Thank you boot camp girls for the birthday gifts & cake!
