18.01.2022 This is the beginning of liners feeling the squeeze.... more to come!

08.01.2022 We made it! This machine you see wrapped up in the picture was brought from China a few weeks ago. The operations behind moving this small gadget over 7.500km was a worthwhile logistics challenge for us. As this machine extends out of the top of the container, we had to use a 40ft High Cube open top container to bring it safely to our client’s facility. This cosmetics machine was best secured from the interior lashing points located in the vicinity of the side walls. ... In the end, and after long hours of coordination for this complex operation, the machine was unloaded safely by a crane. Our client cannot be happier with their little toy finally at home! #logistics #cargo #challenge #cosmetics #china #operations #container #crane #highcube #cffc #sydney #export #import #aussiebusiness

08.01.2022 Choose your packaging materials carefully When it comes to importing goods to Australia the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment has strict regulations to be followed by freight forwarders. At CFFC we make sure you comply with all requirements to avoid extra costs and delays. Using packing materials such as synthetic foam, plastics, metal frames, inflated dunnage, wool, shredded paper, wood and similar will help you to get the goods... on time. AVOID -The use of straw. -Fruit, vegetable, meat or egg-made cartons. -Second-hand bags or sacks. If you want to learn more about how to avoid common packaging mistakes you can visit our CFFC website on the biolink or contact us 1300 887 612. We offer all support needed for import including customs clearance and delivery to any state in Australia. Alternatively, visit the Australia Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment website for more information on this topic. #Packaging #freight #import #air #ecommerce #delivery #freightforwarder #transport #transportation #supplychain #custom
