09.01.2022 Dear Friends, I have finally some good news. Starting from tomorrow for the next 4 weeks we will be training at "The Body Fit Box", 2/122 Pier St, Altona. The owner, Sofie Martinov, has been really kind to allow us to use her facility during this time.... As we will be sharing the space our timetable is as follows: Monday To Friday 7am 8am 3:30pm 4:30pm * Note classes are limited to 10 people and reservations are a MUST through the wodify app We could potentially run classes lunch time, late evening and Saturday morning. (This will highly depend on interest) If any of these times aren't suitable, Sofie is really happy for you to jump in one of her sessions so you don't have to take a step back on your strength and fitness. To access one of Sofies classes you will need to reserve your spot through the link in your inbox. Please remember we are guests. We are sharing not taking over! To those of you who are back in lockdown, we want to let you know that you are not doing this alone. You do not have just my support, but the whole Metal Therapy gang. If you do need equipment, please get in touch. You can pick it up or I can personally deliver it to your door. We are starting the zoom classes again from tomorrow.
