Steph fit this mold, deep down she was worried that everyone would be crazy fit and she wouldn't fit in. Much less having a pretty bad back injury and people warned her CrossFit training would make it worse. If we were to walk into the grocery store without a list, we end up walking the isles for 30 minutes, and find ourselves staring at a box of Twinkies in the dessert isle. 01.01.2022 My approach to Coaching anything, is to demonstrate the basics of what I want them todo, then get the kids moving straight away and try it. After they're giving it a go, then I drip feed them with areas to improve. This might sound a little silly but sometimes I time myself when I'm teaching a new skill for the first time. If I talk for longer then 2 minutes without getting them to move. I need to improve my teaching. Kids just zone out way too fast.
