13.01.2022 CrossFit Rumble opening day FAQ'S WHAT WILL IT LOOK LIKE? - will take roughly 1-2hrs starting at 9am. With a quick introduction/demonstration to how, what and why we RUMBLE. Then a quick workout and lite refreshment afterwards. WHAT WILL I TAKE AWAY FROM THE SESSION? - even if you don't sign up, we hope you at least have a better understanding on why we love Crossfit. And why we look weird when we do pull ups ... DO I NEED TO BOOK - yes! Due to covid restrictions, our capacity will be very limited. please book in advance by messaging our Facebook page, and we can secure your spot HOW MUCH? - price will be posted when you book WHAT TO WEAR / BRING? - comfortable workout clothes - towel - water , Please bring your own water bottle. there will be no shared water cooler. (Bottled water will be available to purchase) - extra pair of just in case COVID SAFE? HAND SANITISER - There is a hand sanitiser station at the front door of our gym SICK - If you are feeling unwell and have already booked, please stay home. let us know and we can pass the space on to the next booking. We can book you in next time CLEANING - There will be cleaning equipment at the gym for you to wipe down your gear after use. I'VE DONE CROSSFIT BEFORE? BUT HAVEN'T SIGNED UP YET? - the opening is for those who haven't done crossfit before and keen to start. But if you want to come down for a workout, please book in and we will advise you on availability EXISTING MEMBERS - thank you athletes for all the help and support during the build up.
