20.01.2022 Strong, powerful, beautiful people everyday! What more could you want? Yesterday i was so proud of Nicola, i mean im proud of everyone everyday. I see and watch things all the time in the gym. Yesterday i saw Nicola challenege herself because she knew she could. We let you choose the weight based on how you feeling that might be RX that might be lighter. (i might advise you go lighter or heavier or i might insist if i believe its unsafe)... Anyway Nicola picked up some lighter dumbells and then i watched her walking back to the rack with them i asked what she was doing Nicola replied "I feel like i can go heavier than that today." I was most impressed because she gave herself a challenege for the day And that she did. Super proud of how far you've come and i cant wait to keep watching the progress I have a challange for you all this week Choose something each day that you would normally talk yourself out of that might be coming on endurance day when you don't enjoy cardio workouts. Or coming to a barbell workout when you dont really like barbell stuff. It might be trying to move up a progression in a skill your trying to improve rather than staying at the same progression. Whatever it is just challenege yourself

Most of the time but not yesterday. When people see a endurance workout rowing, longer runs and the bike. No lifting no fancy skills they often don't want to do the workout.
