12.01.2022 CPR refresher done this morning by the beach with Covid restrictions. No breaths just keep doing compressions for as long as you can. Stay safe everyone. Our trainer Tash even made us the most delicious slice ..highly recommend @ccfirstaid for first aid and CPR courses.

06.01.2022 How awesome are my new stickers?? I love them, they look so amazing!! No more lonely training sessions for me with my pelican flying next to me. The photos don't give them justice. Thank you to Bec @ Firefish Creative and to Rich from Sign Specialist Pty Ltd . My studio renovation is now complete with this awesome work on my wall. You guys are the best and such a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended if anyone who is looking for someone for their business.
