07.01.2022 Warning long post. Just over 3 months now on @workingagainstgravity program thanks to the ongoing support from my Coach Kate Morris. The initial photo was taken mid Covid-19 pandemic- I was stressed working as a RN in a busy health centre, I was concerned for my own health due to my autoimmune condition #rheumatoidarthritis. I was unhappy, struggled with cys...tic acne, chronic fatigue, anxiety, inflammation and pain, insomnia and food and environmental sensitivities. I fell into a slump once gyms were shut and I felt isolated from my community. I needed something that allowed me to have some sort of control in a time that was so unpredictable. Once gyms re-opened again I made the commitment to invest in my health starting with nutrition. I’m so bloody glad I did! I’m eating more now than ever before, I have more energy to work and train, sleep and mood improved, acne gone, pain and inflammation gone and most importantly ~I have gained greater knowledge ~. I did then what I knew how to do.
