CrossFit Kids is designed to be minimalist; it is inexpensive and often requires little or no equipment, allowing a wide array of socioeconomic groups an opportunity to be physically fit and physically active throughout their lives. The Kids & Teens sessions runs based on the school terms and break for the holidays. Fitness is for all ages. CFWF Kids (5yrs 12yrs) runs on the Thursday afternoon 3.40pm 4.30pm.
