25.01.2022 With a busy year ahead we'd like to take this opportunity to remind you about our upcoming 2021 events. This year we will be continuing many of the online initiatives we commenced in 2020 including virtual Affiliate Club Catch Up's, Mentoring Circles and Golden Alumni Coffee Conversations. As travel is still limited we will be holding an Asia Pacific Virtual Reunion in April and an Interstate Virtual Reunion in October so that we can continue to connect our geographically di...stant Grammarians. We will also be holding face to face reunions for the classes of: 1975, 1976, 1980, 1981, 1986, 1990, 1991, 1995, 1996, 2000, 2001, 2005, 2006, 2010, 2011, 2019 and 2020. The reunion groups that missed out on an in-person event in 2020 will be doubled up with the 2021 reunion groups. 22.01.2022 ANNOUNCEMENT FROM CGFC PRESIDENT PETER SMALL: After 5 years of absolute fun, it is time for me to transition out of the role as President of CGFC. It has been ...a privilege to hold this honour as the Club has grown from strength to strength, based on hard work and a common goal ; to be the best we can be. There have been many highlights, but my lasting memory will be the many friends I have made, the wonderful young people we have welcomed in to our CGFC community and the realisation of what this Club means to so many people. At the upcoming AGM in November, I will hand over the role to a great fieldsman Will Bowes, who I know will lead the Club with a passion and desire to continue to improve on what we do, and what we can become. Thank you to all our Partners, the Committee, our Coaches, the supporters and our players we would not be where we are without your efforts. This is your Club be proud of it! And a big thank you to my family who have been so supportive over this time, and to allow me the time to do what I felt was needed. I look forward to spending time with you all when we return for 2021. Go Fields, Pete Small See more
