19.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE: We are introducing several changes to our services to manage disruption arising from the COVID-19 pandemic. PDAs are continuing, but are limite...d and prioritised according to need. From Monday, C Class (car) PDAs will only be available to learners who require a driver's licence for freight task, medical reasons or carers, employment (essential services) and emergency services. If you meet these requirements and need a test please call us on 13 11 56 (Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm). We are asking customers to play their part to help those who need it most. If you have a PDA booked and you do not urgently need it, please cancel it online via DoTDirect. We know that this will be disappointing for many learners whose PDAs that have and will be cancelled. But, we all have a role to play in working together to stay safe and ensuring we can continue to deliver essential services to those who need it most. We appreciate your help and understanding during this time #WeAreInItTogether Elderly drivers We are currently working with elderly drivers that are usually required to undertake a medical assessment or Practical Driving Assessment to prove their fitness to drive. We are looking to introduce a manual process that can be offered to elderly customers that are unable to undertake their medical assessment for their driver's licence. 19.01.2022 The department of transportation announce that if students are unwell any test will be cancelled. Call 13 11 56 to reschedule the PDA. Also with a student who got sore throat not feeling well I don’t mind cancelling it. It is for the best for my other students and my family. Keep safe everyone!

Never trust any data or rumour.
