Inspired to make mum feel special, plus and it makes for a cool party trick because when you actually pour champagne over cotton candy, it melts into the liquid! To make simply add fairy floss to the champagne flute, add in chilled champagne (pour slowly as the fairy floss melts) top up with a dash of strawberry swoon tea mixer. Garnish with a strawberry on top!
