17.01.2022 In the food industry, we are always careful with our hygiene. We have to comply with Australian Food Safety Standards by wearing gloves, ensuring we wash our hands and changing gloves frequently, ensuring we dont touch our face and hair during food handling. Each of our stores have qualified food safety supervisors who have undergone training to gain certification in their understanding of how to safely handle, serve and prepare food in Australia. In light of recent events,... we have increased the measures we take to ensure the safe service of food from our stores. These measures include and are not limited to: - staff meetings discussing the importance of personal hygiene in light of current affairs. -Checking all staffs temperature before starting their shift -increased hand washing, use of hand sanitizer for both staff and customers -increased cleaning of all surfaces - temporarily preferring to accept CARD only (we are still accepting cash, but prefer if you can pay with tap instead) This way, we can all be safe, healthy and look after each other. There is a lot of panic on the streets, but a friendly smile, clean and delicious food (especially when the local supermarket is fresh out of everything..hello rice!) can go a long way today.
