16.01.2022 Happy World Teacher's Day 2019 CHAC P&F acknowledge the wonderful contribution that our teachers make to your childs learning. The World Teacher's Day Breakfast, supported by the Parents and Friends Association and served by the Senior Leadership Team was held this morning. To show our appreciation a small gift will be also presented to each Teacher. Thank You!

14.01.2022 From Term 4 you will be able to log student absences on the CHAC app. The phone lines will still be operational for the remainder of the year as well. 11.01.2022 Wetlands Festival Planning Meeting - Wednesday 9 Oct pm The Wetlands Festival for 2020 is currently in their planning phase and we are holding a meeting for anyone interested in convening a stall or joining in as a helper in some way. The meeting will be held in Room C4 (high school campus in C block behind the library) at 6pm on Wednesday 9 October 2019. ... Please feel welcome to come along so we can provide you with information, handover notes, tips, answer and questions, share ideas etc. If you are keen to help out and find youre unable to attend this information session please feel welcome to email the Wetland Convenors with your details ([email protected]). 10.01.2022 UPDATE - 13 MARCH 2020 AS PER ADVICE FROM THE COLLEGE THE AGM HAS BEEN CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. WE WILL ADVISE A NEW DATE WHEN WE HAVE FURTHER INFORMATION... ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Our Annual P&F AGM is on Monday 16 March 2020 at 6.30pm in the Resource Centre (The Secondary Library). Plenty of Parking is available within the school grounds. We encourage both Primary and Secondary parents/caregivers to attend and see what your P&F is about and meet the members. Everyone is welcome to join and contribute towards the work your P&F is doing for the College Community. All positions will be declared vacant at the meeting. President, Vice President x 3, Treasurer, Secretary This is a great time to nominate as long standing committee members will transition out of the P&F over the next year so you will have a an opportunity to have a mentor assist you in your new role Nominations Forms are available from the Documents & Links Section of the CHAC P&F section on the College website or come and nominate on the night. https://www.chac.qld.edu.au/p-f-association It is a great group to be a part of and we as a committee have made some fantastic new friends and will continue to be involved to help the new committee move forward. 02.01.2022 A heartfelt thank you to all the amazing CHAC Parent volunteers who make the CHAC community so special! So many people volunteer in so many ways wed like to thank you all for your contributions this year. Wed love any parent volunteers to come along for some delicious wine and cheese provided by the P&F to thank you for your efforts in 2019- followed by a drink at the Colmslie for those that want to kick on on a Monday night

01.01.2022 For the second year, Cannon Hill Anglican College Parents and Friends' Association will offer two Growth Bursaries of $500. Years 7 to 11 students are encouraged to apply for a bursary in one of two categories, the first being to enable the development and growth of an entrepreneurial idea or concept, and the second being for extra-curricular activities to further their educational and/or cultural growth.
