22.01.2022 Can anyone guess either of these locations, photo taken in 1939.( no I was not there when taken )



15.01.2022 My first car in real estate circa 1980, the mighty teal green sigma, I even had a two way radio .No such thing as pagers, mobile phones or even a fax. Contracts were often written on carbon paper and sometimes you needed a telegram to confirm acceptance. Most settlements from memory were done by solicitors.Conjunctional fees were 50/50.Normal home opens were 1 1/2 to 2 hours each .

09.01.2022 Happy Father’s Day, always in my thoughts! Dad started D.Chadwick and Associates in the mid 1960s which I would follow years later in his footsteps. Later on my brother Michael became a licensed valuer.The apple does not fall far from the tree.
