09.01.2022 Rainbow Seolgi rice cake I had a crack at making Rainbow rice cake using the home ingredients as natural colors. A lesson leant that beetroots fade at high temperature. Yellow is from using pumpkin and the black from black sesame seed. So much effort is going to making rice cake. That's why I have hugh respect for @dahong_cake. As she instructed, I sieved the rice powder twice but still failed to produce fine enough powder. ... I'm tempted to just pick up a bag of rice powder from the grocery shelf.
