15.01.2022 This is the definition of hypocrite. Doing things different to what you say. There are so many people that fall victim to this and don’t even realise that they are doing it. So when it is pointed out to them, they get defensive or ashamed of it. I HAVE. And I hate that I fell into its trap. Global Pandemic aside, winter can be fraught with colds, sniffles and sickness at the best of times. So here are a few things that can be super helpful to stay on top of your "A" game. 1. If you are feeling a bit run down, give your body a helping hand with a detox. Can be used either in a foot bath or a whole bath. ... 2. Look after your inner health by looking after your gut health. A really good probiotic is your guts best friend. 3. Stay on top of your hydration . Winter is more drying on both your skin and your body than Summer due to the long hours in heating and then the dry, cold air outside. Your skin will show and tell on you if your hydration slips! 4. Get yourself in the fresh air! It is well known that during the cold weather, people will spend more time inside. with less fresh air flowing through the home thanks to draft stoppers and insulation, dust dander and stale air build up, not only smelling bad but also impacting your health.
