17.01.2022 Teaching is such a wonderful tool to use to offer information and to learn in return. I've just finished some sessional teaching with AYL (Australia Yoga Learning) and the Year 2 Teacher Trainees in Chair based Yoga. The delight and surprise each week was such a beautiful reward. So much to do in a chair, so much fun, so much depth, so many themes, so many questions, so much to explore, so much of everything... Who said yoga was mainstream?
