22.01.2022 Odd Spot Cafe what a gem in the West of Melbourne located in Newport. This cafe makes housemade healthy and delicious food, created by owner Sarah who has a heart of gold. During lockdown she has kept us laughing and informed, well done Sarah! They are open every day from 7.30am to 4pm. This amazing cafe even makes their own housemade jams, muffins, gingerbread, cookies and the list goes on. This place is a must to visit check them out @oddspotcafe

21.01.2022 Love Latte art? You can do it too with Hush Blend hot chocolate. Here are the steps: 1. Steam your milk till it has reached 140F - 180F 2. Use a rounded bowl shapped cup. 3. Add 1-2 heaped tsps of Hush Blend 40% Cocoa 4. Mix with a little hot water to melt down the chocolate. 4. Pour a small amount of steamed milk and swirl to incorporate it. 5. The main aspects of the pouring technique are speed and height above the cup. 6. Pour slowly and evenly at a fairly high distan...ce. This allows the milk and chocolate to continue to blend together. 7. Pour in a circular motion to ensure it mixes well. 8. Starting on the side farthest from you, pour the foam into the cup and draw the pourer towards you, creating a white circle. 9. Once you reach the other side of the cup, quickly drag the pourer back across the cup, "cutting" the circle into a heart. Your done! Good luck! See more

18.01.2022 This is one dessert here at Chai Spice Beverages we can not say no to, tiramisu! It’s just delicious on every level. Made with our wonderful Hush Blend 27%. This is a traditional Italian recipe handed down to us so generously, thank you @erin.bey so much. Here it is happy baking. Ingredients: 4 cups Espresso coffee 4 eggs (separated)... 250g Mascarpone cheese 250g Light Philly cream cheese 300g Cream 2/3 cup castor sugar 1 pkt savioardi biscuits Hush Blend 27% Cocoa Powder 1/4 cup marsala (optional) Method : 1. Make espresso coffee and set aside to cool. 2. In a small bowl separate 4 eggs. (keep egg yolks for cream mix)beat egg whites adding 2/3 cup castor sugar gradually, beating until soft peaks form. 3. In a large bowl, add mascarpone, cream cheese and cup cream, (add Marsala optional) 4. Add egg yolks andbeat until creamy. 5. With a metal spoon, fold in egg white to cream mix. 6. Ingredients are now ready for layering.Dip one biscuit at a time in the coffee, then add to dish, laying side by side. Once filled layer half the cream mix to cover biscuits until covered. 7. Sprinkle Hush Blend 27% cocoa over cream layer. 8. Continue layering second layer until dish is full. 9. Sprinkle cocoa over top layer and add strawberries to decorate. 10. Refrigerate overnight. Add 1-2 heaped teaspoons of Chai Spice Authentic Original Chai to a mug2. Pour in 250ml hot milk of choice stir and enjoy.... Sticky Chai: 1. Place two tablespoons of Chai Spice Sticky Chai and 250ml milk of choice into a saucepan2. Heat, stirring constantly 3. Strain into a cup and enjoy.

07.01.2022 With Summer around the corner this iced Chai recipe is just perfect! Sticky Chai Iced Tea Cubes for long summer nights, try it! Serves: 2-4 people depending on strength of chai 2 1/2 cups water2 tablespoons of Chai Spice Sticky ChaiFor serving: 4-5 cups whole milk (or your choice of milk)Method:Place two tablespoons of Chai Spice Sticky Chai and 250ml water into a saucepanHeat and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Allow a few minutes so tea brews.Using mesh strainer pour into a jug to cool down to room temperature, then pour into an ice-cube tray and freeze.To make an iced chai latte, add 2-3 ice cubes to a glass of milk (about 1/4 cup of milk per cube). The tea will get stronger the longer it sits and the more the ice cubes melt. Garnish with a dash of cinnamon, and enjoy!

MATCHA & CHOCOLATE LAYERED CHEESECAKEIngredients;-3 tbsp Vedic Matcha Powder -1 scoop vanilla soy protein-1 scoop chocolate casien-1 tsp cocoa powder-1 tbsp granulated sweetner-white chocolate flavour drops-80g fat free greek yoghurt-50g light cream cheese-Gelatine to set-sugar free chocolate sauce mixed with 10g chocolate casien (for chocolate layers)Method;-Mix the cream cheese & yoghurt together until smooth, then gradually add the protein powder, to avoid lumps. Add in the matcha powder & sweeteners.-Whisk up 1/2 tsp gelatine powder with 1.5 tbsp boiling water, then add to the mix.-Mix up the chocolate ingredients into a seperate bowl, then its time to layer up, then top however you like thanks to @queenoftheprotein for this photo and recipe! If you’re a local in Geelong this Café serves up great coffee and food for breakfast and lunch. They are renowned for their housemade food that just looks amazing, from housemade banana bread to raw treats such as protein balls and peanut butter cups. WOW just delicious, their lunch menu is just as good with Fried Chicken Tacos and Vegan Toastie on hempseed loaf. Uncommon Grind Cafe is open Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm. They stock a broad range of vegan, vegetarian, Turkish and Middle-Eastern speciality food as well as featuring a deli, butcher, juice bar, falafel and gozeleme bar. Recently the business moved location and a sign was put up on their door - Sonsa Market - ordinary people doing an extraordinary job. This definitely sums up what this business is all about. 03.01.2022 Got to love Vegan Chai Chia Pudding! We use our latest product Chai Spice Vegan Sticky Chai to make this delicious and nutritious snack. Here is our recipe: Prep Time: 1 minute Cook Time: 20 minutes Chilling Time: 3 hours to overnight... Serves: 4 Ingredients:2 cups almond milk or any dairy-free milk2 tablespoons Chai Spice Vegan Sticky Chai1 tbsp maple syrup (optional for sweeter taste)6 tbsp chia seedsMethod:In a small saucepan, combine almond milk, Chai Spice Vegan Sticky Chai and heat over medium high heat while whisking occasionally.When the mixture starts boiling, turn off heat and stir in maple syrup.Allow to cool for 15 minutes Strain the chai into bowl, allowing all the whole spices to seperate out.Stir in chia seeds.Let it rest for 5 minutes then stir again to ensure that the chia seeds are evenly distributed.Pour into a glass container and chill for 3 hours to overnight so the pudding firms up.Serve alone or with your favourite toppings, like fruits, nuts, coconut chips, nut butter, and more. Enjoy!
