16.01.2022 Hello community! I hope you all had a wonderful time over the holidays, kicked 2020 to the curb And are ready for a great 2021!!... In term 1 I will be running some Introductory classes for Chakradance, following a 9 week Freedom cycle throughout term 2. Places will be limited! So.. send me Pm if you're interested in securing a spot. Dates to be realised soon!! What is Chakradance?? CHAKRADANCE is a well-being movement practice. It uses spontaneous dance to specific chakra-resonant music, for the purpose of healing and re-tuning your mind, body and spirit. As a practice it'll help you feel more balanced and joyful. There is no right or wrong way to move your body. It’s a journey of self-discovery. Each chakra is explored through the specific music, guided imagery and your own free movement. Its done in a darkened space only lit by candles, with your eyes softly closed and this is where the inward journey begins.
