11.01.2022 If there is ONE THING you should do for yourself for Christmas - buy one of Ina's stollens. There are limited quantities and there is always a serious debate here about whether we should just keep them all for ourselves. Occasionally one or two slip through. Currently there are a few stollen available at Bush Christmas!

05.01.2022 Chalala will be at the fabulous Toni's Continental Butcher tomorrow morning (Saturday) from about 9.00am with some wonderful freshly baked German sweet and savoury goodies (flamkuchen, streuselkuchen, brezeln, zimschnecken and stollen). We will also be at the Margaret Street markets on Sunday with our usual sourdough breads! See you there!
