18.01.2022 Busy busy 2 days!!! So in love with these colours

12.01.2022 Whyyyyyy do I always leave it so long to post on this page Picked up this gorrrrgeous antique mirror with the help of one of my besties I was going to remove the mirror as I only wanted the frame but I'm really loving the whole thing. Even the aging and spotting to the mirror backing!!! But it can't stay gold stay tuned.....

11.01.2022 Hi! My name is Ellen...& I'm addicted to chalk paint. Whatever time of day or night that you may be reading this, it is highly likely that it will have been less than 24hrs since my last chalking. In case I am unable to be contacted, or nobody has seen or heard from me for more than 3 days, please alert the authorities. Chances are I will have succumb to this addiction & can be found in the corner of my "creative space", in the fetal position, with my favourite tin of "preciousssssssss" OOPS I mean "CHALK PAINT", gently stroking it whilst drooooling in a frenzied "chalk coma"!!! The only remedy for this of course is to place the nearest piece of furniture in front of me & place a much loved paint brush in my hand. Thank you for your understanding of this delicate subject/condition/addiction/obsession/passion ;-)

11.01.2022 waiting.....waiting.....WAAAIIITINNNNNNG!!!!! EVER SO PATIENTLY OF COURSE O.o for my chalk paint to arrive!!!! This weekends project????? Re-vamping my bedroom suite ;-) There wont be much of a change I'm thinking...but I'm hoping a slight colour change & a good wax will make a MAXIMUM impact!!! :-D ...pictures to come on the weekend <3

10.01.2022 FINALLY!!!!! After a mammoth effort from my girl & me over the weekend it's finally finished & IN USE :D A last minute decision to paint the inside of the doors grey (much lighter in the photo) and right up until we distressed the doors I was still unsure if I liked it...Once they were waxed though I was stoked!!!! Very happy indeed :D :D :D Next project already started...watch this space.....

I just have to make a shelf for the middle (the old drawer was unsaveable) and then it's com'PLETELY finished my favourite piece by far
