12.01.2022 We are Challenge Lamb wholesale & retail butchers. We guarantee our meat products is always fresh and free of chemical by-products. We order livestock every Tuesday, deliver and process on Wednesday to Thursday. On Friday nights we cut & pack for storing in our refrigerated RED RUSTLER truck. Saturday mornings, meat arrives at Byford Tavern & is sold to the public.... Here at Challenge Lamb we are aiming for high standards of food safety. Your satisfaction is our number ONE priority!
