Unfortunately its around this time that many fall off the wagon but the end is so close and you have worked so hard to get here ..... so be strong, push through and if you falter then dont beat yourself up, its not that bad, just jump back in tomorrow and remember I have got your back ... *** Delicous Snacks Ahead *** The powers that be at F45 HQ have given us a snack treat this week to help with cravings If you would like to order some of the cookie deliciousness (that is also healthy treat and made to the F45 recipe specifications ) then please send me a private message. 11.01.2022 Tip of the week! I often get asked - how do you get your broccoli / green veges to stay so bright green and crispy? Heres the answer! The process is called blanching ........ Boil a large pot of water (add salt if you wish) add in the trimmed vegetables and cook briefly ( to your taste) Meanwhile use a clean large bowl or pot and fill with ice and lots of water and set aside ... Once the veges are cooked to your liking drain into a colander, then place the vegetables into the iced water to go cold Once cold, drain well and place vegetables into a airtight container and refrigerate till needed! They will store for up to 3 days in the fridge

I made the turkey mince with Mumma Faiths famous fresh tomatoe sauce this time round and you can taste the beautiful sweet fresh tomatoe difference ! Dont worry the turkey mince is there ... its just under the Zoodles this time !! Lol
