18.01.2022 The pennant bowls team had more excitement than usual at StArnaud last week. A snake made its way onto the green. Reg P chased it off before he took to it with a shovel. He said people were objecting to him killing it. Yes theoretically you are not meant to kill snakes what's a country boy going to do when it's heading to the maintenance shed?? Be a nice " howdy doody " for the next bloke in the shed. Anyway the histeria didn't put Wycheproof off their game. They won which makes them second on the ladder

11.01.2022 Stayed in Wycheproof for the weekend. Have never seen wind like it anywhere or anytime. It was like a war zone in back yard. Flying lemons grapefruit and mandarins Cyclone Marmalade. As everyone should we bought our household goods in town. Lucky as we need the McLennan boys to come n take bed away. Far too comfortable. Made us late for work. Fridge needs to go too. Holds far too much beer wine n chocolates. TV needs to go if we have any hope of following Leonne and Brockies tidy act
