Unfortunately we cant take you there, but we can give you the next best thing - The Balvenie Caribbean Cask! Matured in traditional oak whisky casks for 14 years and then finished in casks that previously held Caribbean rum. The result is an exceptional single malt whisky with the traditional smooth, honeyed character of The Balvenie, married with notes of toffee and a hint of fruit, with a warm lingering finish. This 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon from Nugan Estate bears all the hallmarks of a great Coonawarra Cabernet. Deep purple in color with enticing dark fruit aromas of blackcurrant, mulberry and eucalyptus. On the palate you get intense flavours of dark berries, vibrant cassis fruit and velvety tannins beautifully melded with subtle oak. Another great wine for another rainy night in Sydney!

Firstly their Vermentino; its intensely fragrant with lemongrass, lime zest and tropical notes. Barrel fermentation ensures a finely textured palate with a lively acidity for a long refreshing finish. Next up the Saint Macaire; its an intense deep red colour, with a fragrant nose of violets, rose petals and spice that are unique attributes of Saint Maca...ire. Full bodied, the palate is soft with a warm finish and fine grained tannins. Theyre both trophy winners and theyre both an absolute bargain at $15.99!
