18.01.2022 We are now open! Thankfully we have returned to level 2 restrictions as mandated by the Victorian State Government. While you were away our clinic had a mini makeover with a new fresh coat of paint and flooring thanks to MKJ painting service and carpet call. Natalie, our practice manager designed our new waiting room and we hope you like it as much as we do.... We are required to follow strict guidelines when entering the clinic as stated below: 1: Only the patient may enter the clinic unless under special circumstances apply to minimize contact. 2: Please use hand sanitizer before entering and touching front door handle. 3: You will be required to have your temperature checked when you enter. 4: Please keep your mask on until you enter the surgery room. 5: Remember to practice social distancing. Please note that only a maximum of 4 people in our waiting room at one time. 6: If you feel unwell, or have been in contact with a confirmed COVID case and are required to self-isolate, please call our office to reschedule your appointment. Your health and safety is our priority and we are so excited to welcome you back.

18.01.2022 Due to the COVID-19 (Corona virus) pandemic we ask that you inform any staff members if you have been overseas or around those who have been in the last 14 days. As precaution we have the right to dismiss and reschedule checkups if the patients have flu like symptoms until further notice. 14.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE MARCH 2020 We hope all our patients and families are staying safe during this time. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 we have been advised by the ADA that we are at stage 3. ... All routine appointments are to be postponed to maintain a high safety for our staff and patients. We are working through the book to rearrange individual appointments as needed. Stage 3 involves emergencies appointments only (extreme pain, swelling, trauma, infection or excessive bleeding to the mouth) We understand this will affect our patients during this difficult time. 13.01.2022 Dear Patients, Unfortunately due to metropolitan Melbourne’s stage 4 restrictions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in accordance with the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 (Vic), once again all dental practices (including specialist orthodontic practices) have been instructed to defer all routine treatment. As such, it is with great regret that we are required to close our practice for a period of time, until we are advised that is it safe to reopen. Chandler Orthodontics will be staying open and the practice running as usual, however we are taking extra precaution to ensure our patients and ourselves are safe. 11.01.2022 Over the past 24 hours 19 new covid cases have been confirmed, the Victorian state are advising to stay clear from areas such as the Moreland community. During these times we understand it can be daunting to enter the community as almost all our patients are within the surrounding suburbs. We can ensure we are maintaining a high level of infection control, temperature checks upon entry and praticing social distancing within the building. We advised you do not bring extra fam...ily members along to the appointment so we can reduce the amount of people within the building at any given time.
