22.01.2022 My story may be something like yours.. I have a rental house which was old and tired, you may have the same, or you may be thinking your own house is old and selling-then-buying something is far too costly due to taxes and commissions, so you want to upgrade. I decided to upgrade. You can see my cover photos of what my house has become, but now i will add some photos of what the tennant left.... I'm almost envious of my tennants now, as i'd love to live in my own renovated house! but i can tell you for sure, even after 5 years this house is only vacant for a few days and the tennants are lining up to move in!)
