02.01.2022 Good afternoon champions, I thought I would share my routine for back days. I have been doing these exercise for the past 6 weeks and I find I can do these exercises with much heavier weights than before. Remember to increase the weight every 2 weeks by 2.5kg (to increase muscle mass!).
