22.01.2022 Congratulations to Erin Nugent, from YMCA Victoria who received a #ChangeOurGame Scholarship earlier this year and has completed a Certificate in Governance and Risk Management. Erin has worked for over 15 years in Sport and Recreation. Her role as Executive Assistant at YMCA Victoria supports the Chief Executive and leadership team in the delivery of key strategic priorities. I had no prior knowledge of corporate governance going into the course, only what I had learnt on-...the-job through my current position, she said. Undertaking the certificate has given me a broader understanding of how my organisation as a not-for-profit complies with regulations, and I feel more confident now performing my role. #ChangeOurGame #WomenInSport #WomenInRecreation #Leadership
