17.01.2022 For those that are not in the habit of actually writing down your goals for the coming year, WHY NOT TRY IT this new year. And a good suggestion is to start writing them down now. Just a list of at least 10 things, more if you can. The more the better. Why - because goals pull you forward as you are busy pushing away from the past. Don't wait until New Year - start writing them down now and refine the list to the final version by New years Eve. If you wait until the New Year, you will be starting behind the 8 ball and then may even talk yourself out of it altogether. Make 2021 different and start the year with the goals already finalised.
