06.01.2022 I hear countless times ladies saying that Gel or Acrylic ruined their nails. When applied and removed correctly by a professional Nail Technician your nail beds won’t get damaged. When you pick/rip your gel or acrylics off your nail bed you’re actually taking layers of nail off with it. I’ve also heard horror stories of certain ‘Nail Bars’ removing Acrylics by sliding a fake nail tip under the acrylic and pulling them up I have had my acrylics on since I was 18 (I’m now 35) my nails are in perfect health and condition because I look after them and soak/file them off correctly.
