Usually, we feel the gymxiety because we're * To worried about what everyone else is doing (when most people are just focused on themselves anyway)... * Afraid we’re going to do the wrong thing (yo we’re all learning and evolving chill) * Comparing ourselves to everyone else even though we’re all up to different chapters in our books Eg- why aren’t I as strong as her? Why doesn’t it look like that when I do it? Should I be here longer? Why am I sweating so much and she’s not? No one goes to the gym for the first time and expects to absolutely smash their training and nutrition from day one, it’s takes time and consistency. So stop being so hard on yourself when you don’t nail it the first few times, or when you are still learning new movements, it’s okay to fail....just learn from those mistakes and get better at it ... 08.01.2022 I was having a conversation with a good friend over the weekend and I said Jesus I’m just so happy these days, every day I wake up I’m just so content so happy and just feel good every single day. It hasn’t always been like this and has taken years and years to get here but I’ve been putting in the work consistently little by little and I finally feel like I’m in my groove of life. I feel like I finally belong here and I’m here to do some amazing things.... Somehow I always said 30 would be my favorite year and it’s already proving to be accurate. I’m training, eating, learning, exploring as much as we’re allowed to and pushing boundaries consistently and it feels so fucking good! Something I promised myself this year is that I’m going to protect my energy, only give what I receive, and put myself first before anyone and anyone else’s feelings (now I know that can sound selfish but you are absolutely no use to anyone If you don’t take care of you! ) There wasn’t really a specific point to this post but maybe just to tell you that life can be chaotic but you need to put yourself first my loves See more

06.01.2022 2021 You’re all welcome here No matter your goal in the gym in 2021 you are always more then welcome There will be stupid memes/jokes going around about new people coming into the gym temporarily, people coming to the gym and taking our space fuck those jokes!... We all started some where some day with different goals let’s just remember that! So come in to the gym, chat to a Coach if you’re a bit hesitant, or have a bit of gymxiety, I promise you were just normal humans and we actually love when people reach out for help we get that fuzzy warm feeling every time.
