24.01.2022 If there is one thing that I have learnt while going on this journey of health, it is that my morning rituals are what sets up my day. A morning routine creates consistency, consistency leads to good habits, habits + consistency leads to results. My health and personal care couldn’t be more important to me than it is right now. Opening a new business means I’m required to show up to it and be at my peak performance in order for it to run and provide our service for our customers....because I love it! I haven’t been sick in over 5 years and I sure as hell don’t want to get sick now. This is... where the years of clean eating, being hydrated, optimizing my micro nutrients and immunity with smart supplementation, being active and having a good mindset really comes together and works in my favour. Roasted in the oven with some organic butter and herbs I make big batches as food prep to add to my protein whether its for a meal or a snack!! ... Tonight we had bolognese so while the kids were eating their pasta, I used my delicious veggies as a base.....so much more of a nutritious, and lower calorie alternative to pasta. 15.01.2022 Our 3 Day Kick Start group has been so full of so much goodness this week! I loved seeing clients find their motivation, energy & progress with their wellness goals.... Here’s A few of my client wins that have been shared so far..... - Eleri is 2.3kg down, lost her bloat from Christmas, is sleeping better and is now motivated to go onto achieving her 10kg goal. - Una is now eating regularly again throughout the day, has more energy and just happened to lose 1.8kg without weight-loss being the focus. - Brittany dropped 3.2Kg while she was away for the week because she found the plan so simple to incorporate around her lifestyle. She made better food choices and loved the convenience of having a smoothie which she really enjoyed! - Anna was excited to have a kick start back into a healthy routine after Christmas to get back on track with good eating habits. Here are a few ideas Stock up the fridge & pantry with a fresh whole food shop If there is a basline of great things to choose from at home, you have a much higher chance of great choices! Grab yourself a fresh new book to dive in to... When was the last time you read a book? I was recommended this book (in the pic) and I must say, it is an a absolute winner...: Or do you listened to great podcasts? Get some good info between the ears and see what a positive outcome it can have on your day and your week ahead. Do something this weekend that affirms next week will be great. Why not start with a smoothie catch up? We have clubs accross Melbourne that are open all weekend where the smoothies will be flowing! (Ask me for locations). 07.01.2022 The last 21 Day Challenge was exactly what I needed. Just that bit of extra focus, accountability and pinpointing those slight edge parts of my routine that may have gone a bit awol during this crazy busy time! We all need to keep readjusting to the many changes that we have experienced in isolation. It has affected us all on so many different levels. There’s still many things that i’m still adjusting to now, but what I know is that my mindset, my food prep, recipe...s and accountability to myself is now on point again. I needed this for me! Nothing feels more uplifting than when you give yourself the gift of focus. Your mental clarity, your self confidence, and your vibe just lifts right up and you are better at handling whatever comes your way. 06.01.2022 W I N N I N G M I N D S E T Let’s all spend 10 minutes tonight writing down our wins for the week! By focusing on what we did well, we put ourselves in a winning mindset! Even if it’s just write 3 things!! If you did this every night, you would slowing start to condition your mind to believe you are a winner and have a hell of lot more belief in yourself! ... => As opposed to focusing on what we sucked at which tends to come more naturally for most of us, and think we’re a failure!! 06.01.2022 Turn back the clock to March 28th 2020. Lock down had just begun, we were able to head out for essential services (smoothies), we could travel past 5km, social distancing in place, no masks required. We may have felt limited then but we still made the most of what we could do!! Things may look a little different now, the limits are so much more than what we felt then but we still have the same ability to make the most of what we CAN do. ... We can put tunes on and feel the vibes any day of the week!! We can be grateful for these experiences that will remind us about enjoying the simple things in life if we ever get a little lost. Do something today that makes you feel free. Go for walk, put on some music and dance, find a grassy hill and roll down it with your arms above your head, put your windows down when you’re heading to supermarket and sing your fav song at the top of your lungs, dream about your future you are going to have......what ever makes you feel alive!!! 06.01.2022 I never thought that this is where I would be if you’d have asked me 18 months ago. Every time I’ve let go of those thoughts that have tried to hold me back and chosen to focus forward on the possibility’s of what could happen if I jumped, it’s always turned out to be the best decision! Sometimes you really just need to back yourself and trust the process. Is there some new goals you want to achieve for October but there’s that little voice of doubt in your head say...ing, It’s not the right time I can’t because.... I don’t have the money I’m not ready Trust me when I say this, I’ve never been ready in my own head for anything new I’ve started but the reality is, you never know unless you give it a go. Just focus on the prize and go for it!! I truly realized that it’s up to us with what we make of this current situation. I want to prioritise where I am spending my time and energy. ... Finding quality time to spend with my family & close friends. Building on my passions through my business and really making an impact in my local community.
