23.01.2022 Hello to our amazing community of Pilates folk! Its been an incredible week.....we’ve had so many kind messages and so many people jumping into our online mat classes! It’s so wonderful to see you all and it’s really helping us to feel like we can still do what we do best...teach you how to move well! This is our website......beautiful photography by @annmarieashleyphotography . The incredible Kyrie from @kindred_self has kindly ...updated the timetable to a new online format. There are the same regular mat classes with a few additions..... *Pre Natal (Pregnancy) Monday’s at 9am *Tuesday 10am General *Wednesday 5pm General with Meditation *Thursday 9am General *Friday 11:30am Teenager class for all those who are missing their regular sport and would like to maintain their strength and conditioning. . There’s something for everyone. If you’d like to view full timetable and join a class, use the link below to go to the timetable on our website and read through instructions on what to do. We are using Zoom which is working well. 21.01.2022 Daisi and I have completely repainted, cleaned and de cluttered the studio over the past week. It looks and feels beautiful! We had an inkling we may be able to open awaiting the Prime Ministers announcements today.....Alas this is not the case Looks like we are waiting for the 8th June. If anyone is needing to move their bodies.....our Zoom mat classes are running...have a look at our online timetable on our website. 17.01.2022 Tomorrow’s online class at 10am is a Foam Roller class. If you have a Foam roller at home and you’d like to join in and leave feeling beeeeautiful through your entire body....just message me and I’ll send you the link. If you don’t have a foam roller and would like to borrow one, arrange a time to pop in and grab one from the studio. #seasidepilatesadelaide #foamrollerclass

15.01.2022 So the grape vines at the front of the studio have gone I thought it might be nice to brighten the front of the Fletcher Road shops with some colourful flags! @jessicaannepanaguiton has made a start as she is a bloody legend.....if you’d like to contribute the flags are 20x20x20 triangles...this one has been sheared on the edges but if you have an overlocker that would work or I can do that part The flags will be double sided so if you could cut 2 and sew them together ...that would be ace...otherwise cut 2 and bring them to me and I’ll sort them. 14.01.2022 Who’s ready to get back into it??? We are so excited to see you all in the flesh starting from Tuesday 9th June! There’ll be subtle changes around the studio to keep everyone safe and healthy and some changes to the timetable. Unfortunately due to social distancing still in place our mat classes will still need to be in Zoom format. Once those restrictions are relaxed, those classes will be able to continue in house.... To help us to seamlessly adapt back to Studio life can all clients please let us know if you’d like the same regular class spots or if you’ll no longer be attending? We have had a good rest and are ready to bring you all back to good movement practices and strength of body and mind. Daisi will be excited to see everyone too!! 11.01.2022 A few weeks ago Alison Rogers of local Port Adelaide business @livingstoriesaust helped me to film a short myofascial release class for overcoming the effects of increased computer work we all find ourselves faced with in these times. We filmed it for @cityofpae and they have shared it already. Studio reopens Monday morning There are restrictions to how many people we can have in our mat room (I’ll be contacting our mat clients) but our Equipment classes are back as per normal.
