20.01.2022 Our little bubs love looking after little babies Many children in the caterpillar room are expecting new babies, so our amazing team responded to this by setting up babies and baths so that the practice can begin!! We use children’s everyday home experiences and events to plan and implement amazing experiences that are meaningful and valuable to the children and their families. We are all about authentic planning and curriculum implementation.

16.01.2022 @ Chantel's Kindergarten we use the interactive white board as a learning and teaching tool. Today we learnt about the human heart and the children had the opportunity to use the interactive board to learn about all the features of the heart. All classrooms in primary schools in NSW have interactive white boards and we are very lucky to have one at our CK centre.

15.01.2022 Yoga at CK Menai and CK Sylvania has re-commenced. Thankyou Ms Lisa from Mindful Monkeez for running such relaxing and fun Yoga classes for our children. Ms Lisa is one of our amazing parents who has been a part of the CK family for more than 5 years!! Today we acknowledge each educators hard work, their commitment, their dedication but most of all their love and immense care for the children they teach and look after ... Today we celebrated educators day by sharing a lunch together and treating each other to gifts, cards, drawings and letters!

05.01.2022 Today we were honoured to have Mrs Kate Drury the Principle of Menai Primary school visit us at CK Menai. It was an absolute privilege to show her around our lovely centre and discuss our school preparation program. Our aim is to maintain a strong partnership together and build a bridge between preschool and primary school, to really assist and prepare children prior to attending formal schooling. We look forward to continuing to network with the lovely team at Menai Primary school.

05.01.2022 The families, children, staff and Friends within the community together have raised almost $700 for Bear cottage. We are so proud to have gone above our target of $500 and raise this money for such an amazing and worthy cause. Well done CK Sylvania and CK Menai communities on such an outstanding effort.
