25.01.2022 #Repost @hlnk306 The first Vietnamese restaurant in Sydney that actually makes me impressed with most of the dish I had tried. Kinda happy when they brought a plate of rice cake, that the plate already warmed up. The chef even garnished the rice cakes with a few sprinkles of flake salt, bringing a simple traditional viet-dish to a higher level. Couldnt really have this experience in most of Vietnamese cuisine. ... The dcor is said to be intricate with concrete floors, rustic timber walls and even a vegetable garden with traditional French lanterns hanging from the high ceilings in a bid to bring diners a unique Frietnamese experience (see what we did there?).
