We will also be conducting a full check up of all outstanding orders over the course of the week and do our best to provide our customers with updates on their items expected arrival date or to inform you of items ready for pick up. ... We know some of you have been waiting for some time for your special orders to be filled and we sincerely appreciate your patience. We assure you they have not been forgotten or mishandled on our end and we are doing our best to get them filled in a timely fashion. There have been many issues with our distributors filling re-orders / replenishment and on top of this we (along with many other shops around the world) have been experiencing an unfortunate amount of missing and or damaged stock. We’re doing our best to source any missing issues from other sources to keep your collections and runs lookin tight n fresh. We do not guarantee any products availability 100% and in some cases it may be completely out of our hands, especially during times like this. As you have probably seen across multiple products and even different industries- many things have been delayed, cancelled or in some cases expected allocations have not been honoured. All that said - there have been so many awesome things that have been coming through fine and we’re happy to have what we have! Thank god the new releases came back! it’s good see that our distributors have finally starting coming through with stock we placed orders for long ago - including restocks and much needed replenishments.
