24.01.2022 Work has now commenced on the refurbishment of the Albany Creek Library for Moreton Bay Regional Council. In 5 weeks this space will be completely transformed. We look forward to seeing the end result!

24.01.2022 Works have been completed at the Albany Creek Library refurbishment project and we are extremely happy with the outcome. A big thanks to Moreton Bay Regional Council and the whole staff at the library for working in with us to complete this on a very tight time frame.

22.01.2022 We've just received the photos for the recently completed Journey Early Learning Centre on Oxley rd, Corinda. All parties are extremely pleased with the outcome and we look forward to future ventures with this group.

22.01.2022 Chapcon have just been awarded the construction of St Catherines new Clubhouse & Function Center in Middle Park. Tomorrow will mark the turning of the sod ceremony with council representatives, and construction is due to kick off next week.

21.01.2022 At the end of last year Chapcon completed our first rural project The Malthouse in Wawrick. The restaurant & bar is now a crowd favourite with the locals and we are very proud of the results.

19.01.2022 We're excited to announce that we have secured our first contract with Moreton Bay Regional Council. We will be commencing the extension & upgrade of the Artisan's Guild on Old Bay Road in early July, and look forward to future projects with the Moreton Bay team.

17.01.2022 We've just secured our second job with Moreton Bay Council. The refurbishment of the Albany Creek Library will kick off in October this year, with completion scheduled before the end of the year. Looking forward to seeing the end result!

13.01.2022 We are happy to announce that we have been awarded the contract to construct the the upcoming entertainment venue in Fortitude Valley - XCARGO. We have been working with their team for the last 6 months to ensure the project will be completed with a high level of functionality & quality. This will be an iconic new landmark in the Valley's entertainment precinct and we look forward to breaking ground in the next couple of months.

13.01.2022 Chapcon have secured the contract to complete the fit-out of the new City Fertility Clinic as part of the Sunnybank Private Hospital Upgrades. Work has commenced today and we look forward to a speedy handover for the client.

The organisation function almost completely on community fundraising and do an exceptional job of keeping our waters safe. It was a pleasure working with the team and we hope they enjoy their new space.
