We pride ourselves in our ability to Perform Servicing and Repairs on all makes and Models of Vehicles as well as small Engine Equipment and Motorbikes. ... The Owner of this WR450f, came to us with concerns to a Oil Filter housing bolt, this bolt would not quite tighten enough, causing it to leak Engine Oil. Through our diagnosis, we found the Bolt had been tightened to tight and stripped the thread in the outer Crankcase. We then had a discussion with the owner and we came to the conclusion that the most effective repair would be to retap and re thread the case with a thread insert. The repair was carried out along with a Minor Service and Safety Inspection and the owner of the bike could not be happier with the outcome. The following pictures are of a Ford Ranger rear Tail shaft, the owner of this vehicle had a previous diagnosis, in regards to a noise that was bothering him while driving. The owner was originally told that this noise was ...a drive belt and the belt needed adjusting. 16.01.2022 Another Day, Another one of those 'WARM FUZZY' feelings! The Owner of this schmick Mitsubishi Triton, came to us with a concern after the intake manifold was removed and cleaned by another person. The Vehicle had no boost after the clean and a few other issues with regards to Coolant Leaking was evident. Through our Diagnosis we found that some Coolant Hose Spring Clamps were not installed correctly and a few Vacuum Lines were broken. We re-clamped the Coolant Lines and Repai...red the Vacuum lines and the vehicle was back to its former glory with a new boost presure of 28psi.
