It is not the same as reverse osmosis water (RO Water), which is often described as dead water as it has no minerals in it. Generally found in a majority of today’s bottled water market. Some interesting facts, drinking alkaline water with alkaline mineral’s such as calcium, bicarbonate, potassium and magnesium build up the body’s ability to buffer and neutralize acids to maintain the bloods pH of between 7.35 and 7.45, without depositing acid toxins in joints, muscle, organ and fatty tissues. An individual trying to increase their fitness, recovery through hydration is most important and a basic step to do. Alkaline water not only builds up your alkaline reserves to balance the bloods pH, but absorbs much faster into every cell. Water molecules come in clusters rather than single molecules. Reverse Osmosis water (RO Water) has very large clusters (10 to 13 molecules per cluster). Alkaline water forms ‘Micro clusters' (5 to 6 molecules per cluster). The smaller cluster size gives the water excellent hydrating properties, high solubility and good permeability. The Alkaline Micro Cluster Water also acts as a powerful anti-oxidant. PH8 is regarded as One of the world’s finest drinking waters, due to its purity and high content of essential minerals. Bicarbonates, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Silica and Selenium to name a few and are present at very good levels, which are known for their ability to assist the human immune system. A normal blood pH is carefully maintained by various systems of the body to stay between 7.35 and 7.45. Bones store calcium for the body, and also help to regulate the acidity or alkalinity of the blood. When the blood becomes too acidic from a diet high in refined sugar, flour, or lots of dairy or meat, calcium is drawn from the bones to bring the blood's pH back into the normal range. PH8 being highly alkaline at between 7.9 and 8.3 is one of the best ways to help counter act the acidity in your body.
