24.01.2022 Uhm,,,Side dishes...Hard to explain. Unlike other Asian foods, Korean foods have many different side dishes. They are good companion for eating a bowl of Rice. Yes. We could have our meal just with few different small side dishes without a major main dish. Actually, Kimchi is one of the side dishes. Of course, it can be used in many main dishes. Anyway, enjoy two side dishes what we serve when you visit Charim. And, we will introduce more "side dishes" when time comes!
