25.01.2022 Patients can now book telehealth (one item eg, repeat prescription, repeat referral, medical certificate, test results or covid swab referral) consultations online via hotdoc which will be bulk billed. If you require a telehealth consultation that is not one item , you must contact the surgery to book and this appointment will be charged at the standard rate.

24.01.2022 We are now offering Face to Face consultations in the surgery. These can be booked online via HOTDOC or by phoning the surgery direct. All patients are still required to wear a mask and must have NO respiratory symptoms. Telehealth consultations are still available but are not able to be booked online, so please contact the surgery by phone to book these. There will be instances where a fee may be applicable for some telehealth consultations.

24.01.2022 Is wearing a mask important? Yes. Wearing a mask helps to reduce community transmission. Wear a mask if you can’t stay 1.5 metres away from people. Also wear ...a mask if you have symptoms and are seeking medical advice, or if you are in isolation in the same room as another person. Always remember: > Keep 1.5m apart. > Practise good hand hygiene. > Stay home and get tested immediately if unwell. > Wear a mask if unable to physically distance. For more information on when to wear a mask visit https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/face-masks

22.01.2022 If you require after hours care during the Xmas/New Year period please call the numbers below. Our surgery is only closed for the public holidays.

18.01.2022 We would like to advise that our phone lines are now back to normal. Thank you for your patience.

17.01.2022 We would like to ask all patients to wear a mask when attending the surgery. Please notify reception staff immediately if you have any respiratory symptoms or have been to suspected Covid areas.

14.01.2022 We kindly ask that patients provide their own masks when attending the surgery as we have very low supplies currently.

12.01.2022 We are currently experiencing telephone issues. Our team of technicians is working on this issue now. You can still book online via HOTDOC or email us on [email protected] We appreciate your patience and understanding.

10.01.2022 We would like to advise that Dr Simone Williamson is currently not accepting any new patients and her books are closed until further notice.

09.01.2022 Patients now have 2 new options for online scripts via HOTDOC. Your doctor will send your electronic prescription to you as an SMS or an email. You will then take it to your pharmacy or send it to them. If you have repeats, a new SMS or email will be sent to you when you get your medicine from the pharmacy.

07.01.2022 We continue to offer Telehealth appointments but due to the reduced government Medicare rebate we are no longer able to bulk bill these except in the following cases: Children under 14 years; short 1 problem only consultations such as repeat scripts; repeat referrals; results follow up; medical certificates; acute respiratory symptoms + fevers. All other Telehealth consultations will be charged at the same rate as face to face consultations, payable after the consultation.

05.01.2022 Farewell Suzanne from all of us at CFMS. We all wish you the very best in your new career and thank you for your hard work, friendship and great memories over the last 10 years. You will be missed.

01.01.2022 Don’t put your health on hold because of COVID. We do a lot to protect you from COVID: 1. We offer telehealth appointments (by phone and video) when a physical assessment is not required or to assess if a face-to-face visit is needed. 2. We ensure no patients with COVID/flu-like symptoms come to the clinic by screening all patients prior to their appointment 3. We disinfect the waiting room regularly and monitor all patients coming into the clinic to make sure they don’t have flu-like symptoms.
