25.01.2022 Once again my office will be a drop off point for the November Share the Dignity It's In The Bag Drive. If you would like to assist this great cause, you can do...nate either the handbags or the essentials, or a handbag full of the essentials to my office at 67 Nelson Street, Wallsend, Monday to Friday, between 8am - 12:00pm and 1pm and 4pm. WHAT TO DONATE: A new or good quality used bag filled with the essentials - pads and/or tampons, shampoo and conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste, soap/body wash, roll on deodorant. WHAT ELSE YOU CAN ADD: Special items like perfume, magazine or a book , sunscreen, sunglasses, hair brush , a water bottle, hair accessories, body lotion, face cream or make up, a card or note to the woman. TYPES OF BAGS: Womens, Teen and Nappy Bag WHAT NOT TO ADD: razors/shavers, knives, scissors, any food and drinks, loose pads and tampons and pharmaceutical items. A little different then usual as we followed our Covid safe plan but a lot of fun still had by the 22 children who attended Many thanks to my wonderful team who help to make this an amazing day and the kids who were fantastic as usual, we are so blessed to be able to connect with these children and their families through Holiday Kids and Play centre.
